To open an account on ek22, you must provide accurate and complete information and keep it up to date at all times. Each user may operate only one account; creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension. It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials confidential, and you are fully accountable for all activities carried out through your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately. ek22 may request identity documents or other verification materials at any time, and certain services may be restricted until verification is complete.
All financial transactions on ek22 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳), and local payment methods are supported where applicable. Minimum and maximum limits apply to deposits and withdrawals, as specified on the relevant pages of the platform. Withdrawal requests typically take 1–3 business days to process, and withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed. In cases of fraud or suspicious transactions, ek22 reserves the right to temporarily suspend the account and conduct an investigation. Records of all transactions are available in your account history, and any discrepancies should be reported to us within 48 hours.
Any form of fraud, use of bots, system manipulation, or activities intended to harm other users is strictly prohibited on the ek22 platform. All content, designs, logos, software, and databases on the platform are the intellectual property of ek22 and may not be reproduced or distributed without prior permission. Users may not engage in any illegal activities, money laundering, or fraudulent conduct through the platform. If such activities are detected, ek22 reserves the right to permanently close the account and notify the relevant authorities. We are fully committed to maintaining the security and integrity of the platform.
The ek22 platform is provided on an "as is" basis, and ek22 shall not be liable for any damages arising from technical errors, server outages, or failures of third-party services. Any financial losses resulting from a user's own decisions are solely the user's responsibility. If a dispute arises, please first contact our support team to seek a resolution; if unresolved, the matter will be settled in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh. If any part of these terms is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain fully in effect. We are committed to ensuring fair and transparent treatment of all users at all times.
